About the Rector
Founder of Shenzhen International Foundation College, who works as a professor of Shenzhen University and has worked in Chinese Tertiary Education Institutes for 40 years. Professor Fu began publishing professional articles in the 1960s and has published more than ten books so far. He has been a member of the Ancient Chinese Literature PhD thesis committee for Peking and Sichuan Universities and the leader of Guangdong Province Tertiary Education High Academic Title IRC. His main academic achievements have been listed in the Cambridge “Who’s Who” and other “celebrity dictionaries”. When Professor Fu was Vice-Dean in the Normal College of Shenzhen University in the 1990s he established the Joint Training Centre of Queen’s University, United Kingdom, and Shenzhen University (“The Queen’s Class” for short) which has a high reputation throughout Guangdong Province.
